CAKE FLAVORS
Our smooth, creamy, not-too-sweet Italian meringue buttercream is the perfect complement to our moist, delicious cake. Our cakes are made with three layers of cake with one or two different buttercream flavors inside. For the outside, choose buttercream, Swiss fondant, or a dark chocolate glaze. Below are the cake flavor suggestions from our pastry chef.

Caramel Macchiato
Yellow cake filled with a coffee-caramel buttercream and crunchy cocoa nib candy.
Carrot Cake
Our award-winning cake! Dark, moist cake with pineapple, pecans, and coconut, filled and covered with classic vanilla cream cheese.
Confetti
Our vanilla cake with colorful sprinkles, just like you remember. Ideal with a fruity buttercream filling.
Golden Hazelnut
Rich yellow cake spread with a thin layer of apricot jam, filled with coffee and hazelnut buttercream.
Hawaiian Passion
The addictive flavor of passion fruit brushed onto layers of white cake, filled with a layer of passion fruit buttercream and a layer of macadamia buttercream.
Irish Cream
Rich yellow cake brushed with coffee syrup and filled with Bailey's Irish Cream buttercream.
Lemon Lust
Delicate white cake, kissed with raspberry jam, filled with delicious lemon buttercream.
Mocha Valencia
Dark chocolate cake with a kiss of Grand Marnier. A layer of chocolate-orange buttercream and a layer of mocha buttercream makes this a delicious and elegant cake.
Red Velvet
Our red velvet has a little more chocolate than most, and is perfect with cream cheese filling.
Raspberry Truffle
Dark chocolate cake with a thin layer of raspberry jam, filled with a rich chocolate truffle.
Raspberry Lime Rickey
White cake splashed with key lime syrup, filled with a layer of raspberry and a layer of lime buttercream. Not a fan of lime? Try lemon instead.
Spice
Fragrant with cinnamon, nutmeg, maple, and cloves. Great with vanilla or caramel buttercream!
Strawberry Orange
Vanilla cake filled with strawberry buttercream, sliced fresh strawberries, and a layer of orange buttercream.
